Welcome to Spirit + Soul Studio. A place where you can show up, authentically you and be guided on your spiritual journey. Some of us may not know exactly what it is to show up authentically because you’re not really sure who you are. I’m here to tell you, that’s ok.
We get caught up in this 3D reality. This world that has us moving so fast so we don’t question what’s actually going on. We begin to live our monotonous life, unfulfilled, unhappy, and dissatisfied. The sad part is, we think it’s normal. We say things like “that’s life!”, and “same shit, another day” about a life we get to live one time.
ONE TIME.
The amount of time we get to be on this Earth, experiencing all it has to offer in all of its beauty, goes by in the blink of an eye. Yet, we take it for granted because that’s what we are taught.
Until one day, you awaken.
You start to see life differently. You begin to question your reality, your happiness, how you got here in the first place. You start to question your relationships, your job, your hobbies, your purpose.
And you realize that a lot of it is coming up lacking. My hope for you is that right now, in this moment, you are happy in some parts of your life and questioning a hell of a lot about the rest of it. The things that don’t resonate at all with you. The things that leave your belly hurting and your heart heavy.
My friend, you are awakening. It might feel scary or lonely and you don’t know which way to go or who to talk to, but I’m here to tell you that you aren’t alone. This exact reason is why Spirit + Soul Studio was born. To be a guide, a helping hand, an ear, a shoulder to cry on, a hug…whatever you need on this beautiful journey. A lot of it feels uncomfortable, but hang in there because there is always beauty on the other side, I promise.
I’m here to tell you there’s a way through all of the heavy stuff and there’s no need to carry around shame, guilt, and anything else that makes a part of you feel less than. You are perfectly made, but you need to go on a journey to see that. A healing journey. We all need one and they never end… and we are ok with that.
